We are seeking a Junior Low-Code Application Developer to support the design and development of business applications using a vendor-based low-code platform. The candidate will work with users, vendors, and the IT team to convert business requirements into functional forms, workflows, and automated processes. Job Description

  • Assist in designing and developing business applications using a vendor-based low‑code platform
  • Create small to medium applications using no‑code/low‑code tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and other rapid application development tools.
  • Gather user requirements, document them clearly, and translate them into functional forms, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Support the IT team in AI‑based development projects, including data preparation, workflow integration, prompt design, and testing AI‑powered features within applications.
  • Design application screens, approval flows, logic-based processes, and lightweight integrations based on business needs.
  • Coordinate with the vendor for technical issues, enhancements, deployment support, and platform updates.
  • Prepare and share regular project progress updates, dashboards, and reports with the management team.
  • Participate in testing activities—functional testing, UAT support, issue logging, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with users and vendors to ensure timely delivery, smooth release cycles, and continuous improvement of applications.
  • Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimize workflows and propose practical technical solutions.

Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills

  • Familiarity with SDLC stages and basic project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
  • Exposure to front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end basics (Node.js, Python, PHP).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with assisted coding or rapid prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of low‑code/no‑code platforms (Power Apps, n8n, Make/Integromat).
  • Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze issues and propose simple technical solutions.
