This position is responsible for the maintenance of electrical and electronic systems of the plant by applying standardized procedures and work instructions. Standard (not exhaustive) requirements of the position are listed below:

B.Sc. / B.E. (Industrial Electronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering) from PEC recognized Engineering University with minimum 3.0 CGPA

Experience

2 to 3 years (industrial experience of PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, understanding and troubleshooting will be preferred)

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement maintenance plans and carry out maintenance activities for machines involved in the production process of coating and pipe plant in coordination with Manager Engineering Services.
  2. Assess and evaluate any electrical/electronic problems or issues and suggest improvements/modifications to enhance the reliability and efficiency of machines.
  3. Coordinate with QAHSE department in the implementation of QHSE policies and procedures in relation to electrical maintenance activities.
  4. Maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of problems of PLCs and HMI Systems of the plant.
  5. Maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of problems of AC/DC motors and their electronic drives.
  6. Maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of problems of electrical and electronics systems of plant (ultrasonic testing machine, fluoroscopic testing machines, X-ray machine, induction heating, PID controllers).
  7. Understanding of electrical drawings of control system and their troubleshooting.
