Manufacturing Facilities
Our scrap recycling facility is equipped with heavy duty European standard Scrap Shearing Machine that gives high quality output. Scrap is sheared according to the appropriate chargeable size for induction furnace processing through the shearing machine. It is then shifted to the melt shop through our mobile scrap transfer facility.
Our scrap charging facility consists of EOT Cranes, Electromagnets, Electro Hydraulic Grab and Scrap Vibratory Feeders to ensure smooth, consistent, densely packed, efficient and safe charging of melting scrap in the induction melting facility.
Our state of the art steel melt shop is equipped with latest induction melting furnaces and provides our customers with a complete metallurgical solution. Our melting process is facilitated by Scrap Vibratory Feeders and EOT Cranes to achieve efficient and safe melting. High quality imported scrap/material is used to produce quality billets through a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process.
Our steel melt shop is equipped with two strands - Continuous Casting Machine to shape liquid metal into quality steel billets. Our plant has the capacity to produce billets in sizes ranging from 100 mm x 100 mm to 150 mm x 150 mm, of lengths extending up to 6 meters.
To prevent polluting the environment, we have installed a European standard Air Pollution Control System with a filtration capacity of up to 60 mg/Nm3.
Quality Assurance
We have rigid quality control policies in place. Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance department is equipped with Spectro M11 and Spectro Max for chemical composition testing as well as a Wet Lab for raw material testing.
The department closely monitors the entire process in order to ensure products with consistent quality.
