Techno Functional Analyst

This position is responsible for aligning business requirements with ERP processes in collaboration with the IT team, ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise applications. Standard (not exhaustive) requirements of the position are listed below:

Job Description

  1. Review and analyze existing ERP processes to assess their effectiveness and efficiency, and propose strategies for optimization and improved utilization of Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
  2. Ensure timely resolution of both technical and functional issues within Oracle E-Business Suite, providing maximum support to the IT team to maintain smooth business operations and enhance process efficiency.
  3. Manage and implement changes in business processes by updating and configuring the relevant Oracle E-Business Suite modules accordingly.
  4. Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Financial Modules in line with evolving business requirements.
  5. Utilize Oracle PL/SQL to develop queries, scripts, and packages for automation and reporting.
  6. Provide ongoing functional support to the IT department for day-to-day Oracle E-Business Suite operations.
  7. Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Application Forms, Reports, and Business Intelligence workflows.
  8. Collaborate with ERP users to gather requirements, test enhancements, and validate changes to processes, reports, or forms.
  9. Support and work on additional enterprise applications as assigned.
