The position is responsible for accurate and timely reporting of all business units with respect to overall maintenance of general ledger and accounting records and preparation of financial information for accurate decision making. Job Description

  1. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, including financial due diligence, division-wise capital expenditure summaries, and reconciliations, to support key management decisions. 
  2. Assist in preparing interim and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements.
  3. Assist in preparing and maintaining the overall chart of accounts including the opening and closing of accounting periods, and coordination of monthly closing activities.
  4. Assist in preparing budgeted balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  5. Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Chief Financial Officer.
  6. Assist in preparing  financial information in the form of internal management reports to aid decision-making.
  7. Overall maintainance of records of the initiation and completion of each step in the monthly closing process.Coordinate with various process owners to resolve issues and ensure the timely preparation and completion of the Management Report.
  8. Maintaining data of suppliers, customers, bank accounts, exchange rate and description flex field in ERP.
  9. Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
  10. Coordinate with external and internal auditors for audit purposes.
