Job Description

  1. Manage investments of the company in equities, money market and real estate. This includes all matters relating to buying, selling, leasing and contract management, etc. of the investment portfolio
  2. Place, execute and settle investments to brokers and manage transaction on the Investment Management (IMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP).
  3. Update daily PSX market rates / quotation in IMS and reconcile investment portfolio with CDC report. Also prepare daily investment portfolio report, trading report and transaction summary report.
  4. Record income including dividend income, rental income and capital gains into the ERP system through JV.
  5. Perform periodic account closing activities along with the preparation of necessary schedules and relevant disclosures for financial statements.
  6. Prepare periodic financial reports and commentary on operating and financial performance for management.
  7. Prepare annual expense and revenue budget of the division and budgeted accounts for the subsidiary; CS Capital.
  8. Remain updated on key happenings that affect markets and ensure adequate communication to members.
  9. Prepare investment appraisals.
  10. Manage relations with key brokers, research team and industry professionals.
  11. Periodically review and propose any necessary revisions to policies and procedures.
  12. Manage Board Affairs for the subsidiary, in coordination with the CEO Secretariat.
  13. Review the IMS and coordinate for regular value addition to Business Intelligence.
