Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited is a conglomerate corporation listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange as ‘CSAP’, and thereby is a Public Interest Company (PIC) under the Third Schedule of the Companies Act, 2017. Starting commercial operations with a line pipe manufacturing facility in March 1987, today the company operates businesses in four defined sectors - engineering, textiles, capital markets and power – spread over six campuses in Pakistan. The Company operates five divisions and two wholly owned subsidiaries.

The Company’s Steel Division operates two Helical Seam Submerged Arc Welded steel pipe manufacturing lines and an external coating application line capable of applying multi and single layer, high density polyethylene internal and external coatings. Both units are located at Nooriabad.

The Steel segment operates an Engineering Unit, capable of fabricating and erecting reliable machinery at par with international standards. The unit is located in Faisalabad and caters primarily to the sugar, cement, paper, dairy and steel industries.

Hadeed, the billet manufacturing unit is capable of manufacturing G-40 and G-60 steel billets in accordance with ASTM 615 standard specifications, through a steel induction melting and continuous casting process. The unit is located in Bhone.

The Cotton business unit comprises of one spinning unit with nearly 20,000 spindles. The Cotton segment operates as “Crescent Cotton Products” and has a daily production capacity of 385 bags of high-quality cotton/synthetic carded yarn, in counts ranging from 10s to 31s. The unit is located in Jaranwala.

The Investment and Infrastructure Development Division manages an investment portfolio in securities across diversified sectors as well as investment properties.

CS Energy, located in Bhone, operates a bagasse fired thermal cogeneration power plant capable of producing 15 megawatts of electricity and an extraction / condensing power plant capable of producing 16.5 megawatts of electricity during offseason operations.

The Company operates two fully owned subsidiaries, CS Capital (Private) Limited and Solution de Energy (Private) Limited.
