Job Description

  1. Understand the HR systems and provide operational support to the AM - HR.
  2. Assist in managing the employee lifecycle processes such as contract renewals and separations.
  3. Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  4. Participate in the performance management exercise including preparation of relevant documents i.e. sheets and letters.
  5. Design, administer, analyze, and present surveys as needed to provide actionable insights to management.
  6. Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
  7. Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and creating presentations.
  8. Participate in organizational talent reviews and associated tasks.
  9. Support any other task assigned by the AM HR.
