Job Description 1. Ensure accurate and timely completion of the interim and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries.  
      2. Ensure the correctness and accuracy of monthly and quarterly management accounts and commentary on the operating & financial performance including financial due diligence reports. phone support and related services.      
      3. Prepare/finalize the reports/presentations relating to financial affairs for board of directors including Directors’ Report.
      4. Supervise the maintenance of general ledger and overall chart of accounts including opening and closing of accounts, running month end closing procedures in the books of accounts and other items under Oracle ERP.    
      5. Liaise with external auditor to ensure timely completion of the audit and actively contribute for the resolution of all audit observations.    
      6. Contribute in the designing and printing process of the Annual Report.    
      7. Prepare and review any ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
