Job Description 1. Prepare monthly payroll register of divisions and run the final payroll after ensuring its correctness and accuracy.  
      2. Make provisions for incentives/bonus through JV posting as per Company’s approved human resource policies.      
      3. Prepare reports necessary for smooth running of payroll process.
      4. Prepare the disclosure of key management personnel remuneration for the purpose of financial statements.    
      5. Prepare annual payroll budget.    
      6. Prepare Statutory payments related to payroll.    
      7. Prepare and manage WPPF disbursements.    
      8. Close monthly accounting processes.    
      9. Prepare notices and minutes of meetings and Board working papers.    
      10. Coordinate internally with Administration, HR and Finance & Control on a regular basis.    
      11. Maintain coordination with external and internal auditors for audit purposes and legal advisors for legal/compliance related matters.    
      12. Ensure compliance with applicable Statutory and Regulatory laws of Stock Exchange and Code of Corporate Governance issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and all other applicable local and international laws, standards, regulations, etc.    
      13. Assist in compilation and preparation of annual report.
