Job Title Assistant Manager – Marketing and Sales
Job Description 1. Develop and Execute marketing, sales and product development strategy.
2. Supervise all operational and administrative activities related to marketing and sales.
3. Prepare and monitor departmental budget on an annual basis along with department goals and objectives.
4. Review bids (pre bid and post bid) and quotations for discussion with departmental heads.
5. Ensure complete documentation of marketing and sales including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed and rejected projects are managed etc.
6. Ensure timely delivery of invoice to client and also timely resolution of customer queries.
7. Recognize and develop new business opportunities and understand product / service features and benefits.
8. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed about marketing objectives.
9. Review inventory level including stock levels of work-in-process and finished goods. This includes stock report/position, production schedule and status etc.

Education and/or Qualifications MBA (Marketing) with a Bachelors in engineering is preferred
Experience Minimum 2 years (Industry held experience in the Oil and Gas sector will be prefered).
